ABOUT THE WORKBOOK

The book showed you the structure.

This is where you build it.
The Financial Architect gave readers a way to see financial life as a house—something that can be understood, strengthened, protected, maintained, expanded, and passed forward.
This companion workbook brings that framework to the kitchen table. It helps readers examine the ground beneath their beliefs, inspect how income is being used, identify pressure in the structure, review household protection, set healthier boundaries, prepare for responsible growth, and decide what wisdom should be passed forward.

You do not need advanced financial knowledge to use it.

You do not need advanced financial knowledge to use it.
This is not a workbook to rush through and put away. It is a tool to return to—monthly, quarterly, annually, and whenever the household needs a clearer view.

A strong house is not built by inspiration alone.

It is built by returning. By inspecting. By adjusting. By strengthening what matters before strain becomes damage.

“Small execution creates clarity.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Arden C. Tannis is a writer, financial educator, speaker, and former Police Inspector whose work explores money, responsibility, fatherhood, dignity, and generational legacy.
Born in Bequia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and later shaped by life in Kingstown and Brooklyn, New York, his perspective has been formed by Caribbean family life, migration, public service, fatherhood, and the long process of examining financial beliefs that once passed unquestioned.
His work is built around a simple idea:

Money is building material.

Through his writing, teaching, and Financial House framework, Arden helps families think more deliberately about the structures beneath their financial lives and what they will eventually pass forward.
